We believe in all our lines and their quality, whether jilbab, abaya or hijab, and guarantee your satisfaction. Before any item of stock is dispatched, it goes through a quality control process.

Colour variations are not a valid reason for returning an item considering that colours, graphics cards and screen resolutions may vary from one computer screen to another. We can not guarantee an exact match to the colour you see on your screen.

In the event that you do wish to return an item for an exchange or a refund, please call us to let us know in advance so that we can resolve your issue in good time. Please note all returns should be made within 5 working days of reciept and should be sent by 'signed for delivery' such as Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day). In most circumstances you will be responsible for the shipping charges for returning the item(s) and for the replacement item being sent out, although this may be negotiated in mitigating circumstances.

Alkaram Direct reserves the right to refuse a return/refund if we think the item has been worn or damaged intentionally.
