Our shipping rates are great value and include every cost - we won't add anything to your bill other than the shipping costs we state! We pride ourselves on the swiftness of our despatch department, and on the transparency of our pricing system. All U.K abaya orders placed before 1.00pm GMT (Weekday)will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Next day delivery service.

Once you've paid for the shipping service you require, we are able to track your item(s) from the second it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives in your hands and you sign for the parcel. If your hijab, abaya or jilbab is lost in transit, we will supply a new item - just email us letting us know that your item hasn't arrived, and we will track the package, either expediting the delivery process or dispatching an identical piece of Islamic clothing as a replacement (pending stock).
